Yes. A special discounted rate will be available at the Berlin Marriott Hotel for SRC attendees. After you complete registration, you’ll receive instructions for booking your room at the promotional rate. You will need to provide your arrival and departure dates and a credit card to secure that reservation. Rooms are limited and must be booked before 2 April 2026, so we recommend registering early.

Cancellations are accepted, but fees apply based on the date of cancellation:

• Before 18 March 2026: 25% of the registration fee.

• Between 18 March  2026 and 22 April 2026: 50% of the registration fee.

• After 22 April 2026: 100% of the registration fee. This includes individuals who fail to attend the conference and did not request to cancel their registration before the event.
