In this session you will learn how to create needs-based segments using a combination of MaxDiff and Latent Class Analysis. We will cover why we suggest to use MaxDiff for this kind of project and how Latent Class Analysis can be used to generate the segments. We will also instruct attendees on how to utilize Naïve Bayes to generate a typing tool for use in future studies.
