Where is SRC?

SRC will be held at The Watergate Hotel.

Will SRC have a room block available?

We have arranged a special room rate of $299.00 per night at The Watergate Hotel. After you register you will receive a confirmation email with a link that takes you the portal where you can book a room in our block. You will need to provide your arrival and departure dates, along with a credit card to secure your reservation. The room rate is only available through April 1, 2027 and for a limited number of rooms, so we encourage you to make your reservation sooner rather than later.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted, but fees apply based on the date of cancellation:

  • Before March 16, 2027: 25% of the registration fee.
  • Between March 16, 2027 and April 16, 2027: 50% of the registration fee.
  • After April 16, 2027: 100% of the registration fee. This includes individuals who fail to attend the conference and did not request to cancel their registration before the event.
