Successfully Measure Preference: Methods and Skills to Master Customer Feedback

Sharpen your quantitative toolkit in this engaging and practical two-day workshop designed for researchers ready to level up. Whether you’re looking to refine your survey skills or deepen your understanding of advanced methodologies, this workshop offers something for everyone.

DAY 1

Start with general survey design best practices and include some survey programming exercises to implement robust surveys with question and block randomization, intelligent logic, dynamic text/content, and a splash of leveraging AI. From there, we’ll explore popular quantitative techniques including NPS, KANO, Van Westendorp, Q-sort, and MaxDiff (Best/Worst Scaling). We’ll break down when, why, and how to use each, so you can confidently match the right method to your research goals.

DAY 2

Dive deeper into the most robust way to measure preference and predict behavior: Conjoint Analysis. We start with examples and discussions at a conceptual level of both how conjoint analysis works and why it works so well. You’ll program an example survey, and get hands-on with data modeling and predictive simulations for real-world applications like pricing, product feature, or demand forecasting research. We’ll briefly touch on advanced conjoint topics to help you understand what to do when projects get complicated.
